Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Areas
Lovely Scoop offers:
• shipping within Canada;
• international shipping upon request.
👉 For any international shipment, customers must contact us by email before placing an order in order to obtain:
• the exact shipping cost;
• estimated delivery times.
No international order will be shipped without prior confirmation of shipping fees.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding periods of high demand). Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for local orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping fees are communicated by email and must be accepted before shipment.
Customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and valid shipping address. Once the package has been shipped, the address can no longer be modified. For apartments, the unit number and floor must be provided.
5. Delivery Issues
Lovely Scoop is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, packages not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or lack of access to the delivery location.
If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipment may be arranged (depending on the destination), and the associated costs will be charged to the customer.
Lost Packages
We closely monitor all shipments. If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier during transit, please contact us with proof so that we may arrange, at our discretion:
• a replacement, or
• a full refund.
Official confirmation from the carrier is required before any resolution.
Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows the package as “delivered” and the carrier provides proof of delivery, but you report that you did not receive it:
• We recommend filing a police report for a stolen or missing package.
• Lovely Scoop is willing to fully cooperate with authorities and the carrier during the investigation.
⚠️ In this case, Lovely Scoop cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
6. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided when available.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for the shipment.
