If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us by email only promptly after receipt, including:

• clear photos of the product and its packaging.
After review, we may offer, at our discretion:
• a replacement;
• a partial or full refund;
• or a store credit.
3. Non-Refundable Items
No refunds will be issued for:
• an incorrect address provided by the customer;
• a change of mind after shipment;
• delays caused by the carrier;
• improper use of the product.
4. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If you contact us before shipment with an exceptional reason, the request may be reviewed, without any guarantee of approval.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment platform used.
