By accessing the website www.lovelyscoop.shop and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. General Information
The Lovely Scoop site is an online store offering carefully selected products. All orders placed on this site are subject to these terms.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing your order. Any fraudulent or abusive use of the site is strictly prohibited.
3. Products
Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may exist (colors, packaging, presentation).
Lovely Scoop reserves the right to modify or remove a product at any time without notice.
4. Order Notes
During checkout, you may leave an order note to specify your personal preferences. We will do our best to take them into account during packing; however, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
If you forgot to add a note or are unsure whether it was successfully recorded, please contact us by email immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
5. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), before or after tax depending on the site display.
Payments are made online through secure payment platforms.
Lovely Scoop reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error or suspicious payment.
6. Delivery and Shipping 🚚
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, cancellations or refunds are not accepted.
If you contact Lovely Scoop before shipping with a valid reason, your request will be evaluated and may be accepted at our discretion.
Shipping Address
Once the package is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and valid address. For apartments, the unit number and floor must be indicated.
Delivery Issues
In case of incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address, the customer must contact the local carrier. Lovely Scoop can assist the customer but is not responsible for the issue.
If a package is returned due to an address error, a reshipment can be arranged (within the same city only). Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Verification
Addresses are verified before shipping. In case of missing information, an email will be sent. If no response is received within 2 days, the order may be delayed or canceled without a guarantee of refund.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the case of defective products or errors on our part. Any request must be made by email with proof (photos) within a reasonable time after receipt.

9. Limitation of Liability
Lovely Scoop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, errors in the address provided by the customer, or losses or damages after confirmed delivery.
